An Open Floor dance practice following the meditation cycle.
Through this structure, we open our attention to our experience by sitting. We enter our experience through walking. We explore by dancing and moving. We settle by sitting. And we do it again. This is the spirit of allowing everything to "just be", to allowing that experience to "just happen" and to allowing it to "just move".
During the Meditation Cycle, we create a place to "just be" with what is within you and moving through you - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Using the Open Floor Movement Practice structure of the Meditation cycle, we will "just sit", we will "just walk" and we will "just dance". With the emphasis on "just", we allow and discover space for the inclusion and movement of all that is you in this moment here and now
Moving through the body we explore new ways to release stress and process emotions, freeing ourselves to experience life with a fuller capacity.
