Hearts Wide Open — A Valentine’s Ecstatic Dance
Hearts Wide Open is an invitation to gather, move, and celebrate love in all its forms — self-love, shared humanity, friendship, tenderness, joy, and connection.
This Valentine’s Ecstatic Dance is not about couples or performance. It’s about coming as you are and letting the dance open what’s already alive in you. Together, we create a warm, inclusive space where hearts soften, bodies move freely, and community is felt.
We begin by acknowledging the First Nations peoples of this land, the original custodians past, present, and emerging, and we honour the land that holds and supports us as we dance.
Through a carefully curated wave of music — gentle, uplifting, earthy, and celebratory — you’ll be guided into a spacious dance journey. There’s room for stillness and sweetness, joy and play, solo movement and shared presence.
This dance welcomes both seasoned conscious dancers and those new to the practice. No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body.

First Time at Dancing Dhevas?
Dancing Dhevas is a free-form conscious dance practice that invites you to move as only you can — with authenticity, curiosity, and freedom. It’s an opportunity to let go of judgement and discover a dance that is uniquely yours, one that can’t be copied or performed.
Conscious dance is an active meditation. As each person drops into their own movement, the room shifts — energy builds, barriers soften, and natural ecstasy emerges. There’s no right or wrong way to dance, only presence.
Come as you are, or bring a friend. We share the floor with like-minded souls, moving together and celebrating life in all its complexity, moment by moment.
