Our usual Open Floor Meditation Cycle will be inspired by The Osho Kundalini meditation for this session. Where we will replace the mindful walking with shaking, it is a healing meditation practice as well as a lively dance enquiry. The emphasis is to awaken our sensate experience, emotional intelligence, relational skills and our mindful, imaginative and spiritual awareness.
We begin by sitting in meditation, then we will shake to awaken the spine and the kundalini energy, this will transcend into dancing before come back to sitting. This cycle will be repeated so we can go deeper into the process the second time.
In each session we surrender our purposes, our prayers, our joys and our concerns. We will sit, shake and dance to the rhythm and fluidity of our essence and from our senses we receive the inner truth and its benefits.
During the Meditation Cycle, we create a place to "just be" with what is within you and moving through you - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Using the Open Floor Movement Practice structure of the Meditation cycle, we will "just sit", we will "just walk" and we will "just dance". With the emphasis on "just", we allow and discover space for the inclusion and movement of all that is you in this moment here and now
Moving through the body we explore new ways to release stress and process emotions, freeing ourselves to experience life with a fuller capacity.
